Q What is the FREE consultation for Web Design?
A If you are interested in getting a website designed from us, the initial consultation is free of cost. During the initial consultation we will discuss your needs / specifications, give you a general idea about the look and feel and provide you with a quote for our service. If at this point you do not wish to proceed with our services, you have to pay nothing.

A Remove the battery and unplug the laptop from the power source. Place the battery back into the laptop after a few seconds and power on the laptop again. If the setup outlined above does not work, the issue maybe related to a corrupt Operating System or other hardware failure.
Q No PDF icons in Microsoft Word
A If you already have PDF Creator software installed: Enable PDF buttons: Launch Word Goto Tools -> Templates & Add Ins -> Check PDF buttons -> Click OK
Q Unable to open Winmail attachment
A Download and install a free utility called Winmail Opener. You may use the site listed below.

Q Images being distorted on monitor screen while opening or closing documents
A 1. Try Changing the refresh rate: Right Click anywhere on the Desktop -> Select Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> Monitor. Change to desired refresh rate and try again.
2. Update video driver from manufacturers website.
Q Get “Blue Screen of Death” at startup
A Most likely cause is a driver that is being loaded as Windows starts up. Try booting in Safe Mode. If the PC starts in Safe Mode: Remove any programs that you may have installed recently. Inorder to start a computer in Safe Mode, press the F8 key intermittently while the computer is starting up but before you see the Windows Splash Screen.
